Early Marriage

In Mwituha community a girl above eight years was regarded as a woman who could give birth to children,young girls were forced to get married to old bachelors in the village.The small girls could be sexually abused to men that they were married to . Some were beaten up by their husbands because they were not able to give birth.The matter worsened when small married girls were now dying off due to their violation of girl child right.By good luck the officer incharge of children rights heard of this.He arrested the women who forced the under age girls to get married and the men whom the girls were married to.
