Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Guidind And Counselling

Actually, boys and girls are urged to protect themselves from pre-marital sex.But during adolescent stage they change their behaviour e.g becoming rude.In the village of Ikumba, vihiga the program of guiding and counselling and choosing of peer educators from students who have hood behaviour was started. This was because the boys and girls enganged in premarital sex leading to the spread of HIV/AIDS,STIs, not forgeting the girls being pregnant. When the girl becomes pregnant she stops learning yet the boys continues. This program however favoured most the girls than the boys. Also the guidaing and counselling staff helped in situation like the sugar mummy's and sugar daddy's how to protect themselves from them.upto now the village of Ikumba, vihiga produces good members of the society and the girls and boys have been educated on how to look after themselves. It is rare to find a boy or girl who is influenced by peer pressure since they are educated.
