Farm Funding

Food security is an important aspect of a country. This means that a country should have adequate food for the country to be fed inorder to avoid starvation and hungeer. This inturn is the problem in the country due to most parts of the country facing starvation and hunger due to the lack of food which is caused by inadequate rainfall or change in rain patterns. This has led to the loss of life of people due to starvation which could be avoided if farming practised could have been changed. Due to this the embassy of Netherlands launched a training program to fund farmers in Kiambu so as to the food basket of the country. This really helped since farmers could practise irrigation in the country. This has led to increased food production in the country thus to feed the starving needy in the arid and semiarid regions of the country.
