Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Every Cloud Has A Silver Lining

My community is really affected with drug abuse. Most of the drug commonly used is bhang, locally called lisafu.Majority of those who use this drug are youths followed by old men ranging from ages 45 to 65 years. The main causes of this major problem is scarce employment opportunities, illetracy and lack of resources in the community. Things started changing gradually as the new m.p Honurable Wilber Ottichilo was elected the m.p of the community.Since 2008 to date there is a lot of changes that have taken place.Polytechnics for example have been put in place to cater for the unemployed. The percentage of idlers and drug abusers has drastically dropped compared to the years before 2008.I am optimistic that the remaining challenges are soon going to be no more.
