Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Neglected Girl

There was a girl named Milcah Wanjiku her mother left her to the father when she was an infant. The father took her to her grand mother who took care of her as she was growing. Milcah grew and later on she joined school where she did her class eight in Muranga. She joined secondary at home. When she was in form two the father got a girlfriend in Soweto. The father went home and took Milcah to this step mother. The step mother was mistreating this girl using her like a house girl and also she was selling changaa before she attended her class. From 5 pm to 6 pm later on the CHW we did our investigation whereby the father was arrested and he stayed in the cell for four days. He apologised before children officer area chief teachers and also the area elders he was given the conditions of how to take care of this girl and she how doing her KCSE this year 2012.
