A Water Project Which Failed

One of the ultimate problems in our community is shortage of clean water. The government under its ministry of water and sanitation came up with asolution. It was to find wetland areas and establish water supply station to enable piped water get distributed around our trading centre. Natives in this area had to pay some money to buy plots where to establish this stations and to buy the water taps. Money was paid and machinery was brought which dag underground and water was discovered. It was pumped for 3 days and it was confirmed permanent sources. Sadly all this was done during campaign times and when they were elected no one turned to establish pipes.Holes were left open between peopl's plantation and no any money was refunded.
