Metropolitan Johan lwanga said that he saw a gentle man getting out votes from his shirt on the carten of 1.v he insisted asking him self what kind of voting was that he also said that every kinds of trick used, they only blame the ministry of elections he even said that ministry must be changed immediately and they equalise the members.If not the country will be in a great danger putting that a side event, the members whom were around him were aaggueing about the same story.Johan also said that the government has a big play that it is playing around and he gave an example of the girls play they used do play which was called kokoonya.But for me i don't know were we are going especially in terms of development.
