Conflict With Mother In-law

My cousin got married to a luhya man.After staying together for a short time,she got a first born,then a second born through operation , the same way.Then the mother in-law started abusing her that they only buy babies.She never gave birth in the normal way.This words hurt my cousin She was a Christian and was asking me what to do,but i was telling her to pray to God.One time they planned a wedding and it was successful After wedding she got a third pregnancy.And in the hospital she was warned not to get pregnant again.She wanted to have an abortion but i advised her not to. In time of labor she called my mother as a midwife and she was taken to the hospital and in God's plan she delivered in the normal way.She was so happy.She gave birth to a last born last year and went for family planning.The mother in-law keptt quiet and loved her.They are living in piece
