Raped By Dad

Joseph mwaura was living with his family in Nakuru Langas estate.His wife was a teacher by profession and they were blessed with five kids. last year 2010. Joseph was sentenced to life imprisonment after being found guilty of incest. it was on the night of 10th November,he told his wife that he was going to answer a call of nature.he took unnecessarily too long to come back to bed forcing his wife to walk out and check what might have befallen him.Ether was shocked when she found him on top of their 17 yr old mentally challenged daughter.On seeing her he rose to his feet and put on his trousers and made to leave. the husband denied the act.She called the neighbors who helped her take their daughter to hospital. A clinical officer carried out medical tests which confirmed a sexual act had taken place.A report was made by the police who arrested the father.But in his defense he denied the charges accusing his daughter and wife of framing him
