The Ignorant Villagers

Long time ago in the village of Kapkasau their was no water and electricity. When darkness fell at night, there was darkness every where. This was very risky because the place was very insecure. Most people who walked at the night were being robbed and eventually killed. Homes were also robbed and this made the people poorer and poorer. how all this happened was a misery to all the people. Nobody knew the robbers and the murderers. Meetings were always being held to make plans to catch the thieves but none of the plans worked. Moreover, others died due to lack of water. Hospitals were also full of patients while doctors were less. This led to the death of many people. Then one man came out when a meeting was held and said that he had a resolution. He said that everyone should contribute at least one hundred shillings so as to bring electricity so that there could be light and also water. He said after that they will be paying some money on monthly basis. before he even finished talking ...
