Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Drought

Farmers grow their crops but they achieve nothing because their plantation wilt because there is no rain for the crops to grow well. And that force them to buy machine for irrigation. Some farmers manage to buy pumps and some fail to buy because some pumping machines are expensive and need alot of money. Those who have a large plantation need help from the government to buy for them such machine to use during dried period. Last year the government planned to spend money to buy pumping machine but they failed to fulfill the pledge they made there before and this lead the increase of items such us sugar, the cost of maize flour and other thing needed by human being.
