Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Effects Of Self Employment

There is a need of job creations in most parts of the country. These includes venturing into farming, business, fishing quarrying among others. The conversion of stones into ballost is the commonest job venture that the people in my area practise to earn their living. From the ballast which are used in the building constructions they can buy clothes, pay fees, purchase food and build their shelters. However, this activity has been misused in the area, and now the number of school dropouts has greatly increased. The money that the young boys and even girls get has not enabled them to think about school. Moreover, soil erosion is now rampant, since there is nothing to hold the top soil firm. There is now a need to educate the people in the area of the needs for education and environmental conservation.
