Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

People Starving From Hunger And Starvation And Poverty.

Poverty as known as the state of poor has really affected many being in some parts of this country kenya. The main i have experienced is in Kibera,Nairobi the capital of Kenya. Here the people once protested,to be helped by other kenyans and organizations from poverty, hunger and starvation. The government tried all whatever they could do but nothing was possible.Citizens from different parts of the country organised for donations and bought food to help the 'crying loud' victims. It was not until when an organization from the U.S.A came into help. This organization (USAID) came in and helped solve the problem with other small organizations. It not only helped those ones at home only but also in schools and those patients who were suffering in hospitals because of hunger and starvation. All in all sincerely appreciated USAID.They saved the life of many.
