The Heroine

Ordinarily, school heads have been known to ensure that the school objective of maintaining a good performance and nurturing of student for better persons in future but, this has been an opposite theme as had been seen by the Principal Agai Mixed Sevondary School in Sondu. Why do I say this? This principal madam J.D.Atieno has acted in a manner that has capture a number of other school heads to copy her. Under her management, she has always ensured that students get what the deserve. In that, she has never sent student home for school fee because they need not to be punished as it is not their wish not to pay in time. This as acted as a motivation to parents to work hard to clear the balances in good time and to students to ensure a steady competion. Hence a boost in the school motto academics to eradicate poverty. On the other hand, of all the big named schools her school has been ranked highly disciplined school in the region. This is because of irrespective of when you commit a mistake, the punishment will have to take its course to correct you. This will be carried forward until even after you will get punished when you come to pick your result or after this has improved hence achieving school vision "Discipline for excelence ".
