Sewage Plant Changes Community

There is a sewage plant near my home which over the years has been a problem to residents around the place especially during rainy season . It floods and allot of smell has been coming from it. Mosquitoes got breeding grounds and many were infected with malaria. The water hyacinth then sprung up which catapulted the whole sewage plant. When the government came in it app rooted all the water hyacinth in the plant and reconstructed it newly. New conduit pipes were laid and the channeling wa s properly done. The sewage was treated and is continually being treated at the moment to prevent mosquitoes and bad odor to the people. The problem comes to the outlets which leads to a stream that covers a large river, fish and other water animals will be harmed by these chemicals that are being channeled into a river and no precautionary measure is being taken.
