Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Community Development Manipulated

After expansion of the rural-urban road by a governmental community based organisation, the organisation embarked on construction of bridges that pass streams within the community. Culverts were brought plus many equipments for the job to comence. some youths were used to assist in the construction since most of the work was mechanical, After a week the job stopped and the bridge was not completed. People kept hopping that the job would continue but to their expectations nothing happened. Several rainy seasons passed and the small part they had made was swept away by the floaded streams. Debris of the bridge still lie at the stream while the water has already changed its course making it hard task to use culverts in such work. People who used the road passed the stream, get a hard time when it is floaded until others had to leave their vehicles and bikes parked in neighborhood near the stream to avoid tisles. People wondered what happened and who really were given that job to make the bridges.
