Reduced Supply Of Condoms

The Kenyan Government in the recent years supported by unicef have been receiving condoms which they have been giving to people free of charge. The intriguing thing happened when residents in samburu were found not to be having condoms and the dispenses were empty. They claim they have been empty for only a year and the only thing that has remain for them to use is plastic bags or re-use or even share the condoms. This is a health threat to the the people living in this area since the rate of Hiv/Aids infection will increase in minimal festivals are held a tleast every week where most of the people get involved in sexual behaviour carelessly. The people in the area after being asked some questions by a local T.v station said that the supply of condoms has not been consistence and people are at risk. It came to my knowledge that some people do not know anything like a condom more so the old folks who still use their old pollythin
