Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Farming Improvement

My homeland is a place blesed by frequent occurence of rainfall. Thus our place is highly fertile. We do practise different type of farming.Due to our luck, the information about fertility of land spread out and various organisation paid us a visit to come and inquire how we normally carry our our farming. After conducting a reconnaisance one of the organisations said that though we were lucky we were not using the land adequately. They said that by using traditional methods we were reaping less results though we didn't know. They then promised to assist. Within sometime they organised trainings and projects on better farming methods. The community was taught about modern methods of farming e.g Zero grazing, crop rotation in farms, use of manure and much more. After the frequent lessons,we applied the methods and to be frank,i can say it has done wonders.Alot of harvest and profit has been gained and people are now benefiting alot.
