Abused To Become A Young Mother But Helped By A Good Samaritan

My name is Akinyi Adhiambo.I am 21.I came to the streets in kakamega as a result of a lot of uncontrollable circumstances relating to my family.Since the late 90s while i was still young, most of my family members died one by one.My parents and 5 of my siblings died and by 2000 there were no members of the family except my elder brother who was the only most educated member in the village but worse still this one became insane and started loitering.I became confused and joined street life in 2005 where i was a prey to a lot of abuse leading to me becoming a young mother.A social worker helped me in 2009 to start getting support through provision of food, accommodation. They counseled me and motivated me into positive self esteem.
