True Compassion In The Midst Of Fear

Harriet is a tenant like me in one of Mwebe's house in Kijabwemi community. she is a wife to Kajuna who is a soildier. Harriet has been mistreated ever since she was married to this merciless man who always torture him every night without genuine reason but because he comes back home drunkard. The husband comes back late in the night and chases his wife outside. What i do is to let him inside my single room to sleep safely. This soildier one day said he would shoot dead that person who tries to protect his wifeif he saw him or her. Thus i am protecting Harriet in the midst of fear. I have always advised her to quit marriage but i wonder why she is not responding. However i have promised to help Harriet no matter how much i fear her husband.
