Save From Streets

My name is Andrew Karanja. I am 15years old and reside in Home of Grace childrens home. I am also a student at Amalemba Primary school.I am an orphan after losing my parents at a tender age. My relatives, due to the greediness, seized all our property and left me alone. I was lonely without no one being to take care of me. I went to the streets where i did spend my life struggling. As street boys, I and others were always neglected, getting food and other things was just hard and i remember we could oftenly sleep on hungry stomachs occassionaly. Lucky enough, after i had spent about 2 year there, a certain group of people came, visited us and asked us if we were willing to go to a home and get education. I accepted quickly and I together with several others were taken. I later joined Home of Grace where I have been able to get food, shelter, cloths and many other basic needs. And also its through here, i have been able to go to school again.
