In our community of dagorety we have this mother know as ministry of health beth mugo this minister they are selfish leaders where they are say that my community or constuencies have this and this they just chiting to peoplr.even hospitals we dont have enough equipment such as medicine want you go the hospital telling that they dont have those kinds of medicine and they are telling you that if you have money we can go buy for you seme were someone is not that for from their is just in side the hospitals.even the HIV victimes they dont get a good trietment here in dagorety some are die just because of lack of medicines.They noormals enjoy the funds that are being send to buying drugs for the hiv drugs wance they had that their is some healing hiv rested she mon you beth mugo this person you wount be able 'kupata za bure sana pesa za wagonjwa'
