Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

There Is Future And Hope

I am Audrey Masai. Though I still have both my parents, they are very sick and have little hope to recover. It is on the premise of this that Tumaini Miles of Smiles considered in 2010 to accept me as a member of their family. Since that time, all my situation of hopelessness and despair and darkened dream got some light of hope. My coming to the home opened a new chapter for me to meet new friends, be part of a big family and be even more exposed. We do tours to new places in parts of Kenya, learn and increase our knowledge etc. We eat food and get clothes people donate for us and I have hope for a great future. I am in standard 4 working hard academically to become a future teacher.
