Exercise (asthma)

Janet one of my very close friends during my youth was in deep frutration. She was suffering from ASthma and anytime there was severe cold she knew that meant trouble for her and she could faint cursing the day she was born.sometiem she could faint because of insufficient oxzygen and this even made her situation terrible and worse. Most people including doctors told her she might die at the time if delivery if she ever got pregnant.Day after day Janet lost hope ever surviving with the condition. As a friend i knew that somebody a solution would be found. One day i was reading a certain magazine and there was a column about asthma undertook body adviced Janet and together we joined a nearby gym and we started exercising though it took a very long time before janet noticed a change in her situation,we never gave up.After around 9 to 10 years her asthma condition was almost healed and today Janet is a life, married and a happy mother too
