Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

The Budget.

The new constitution was passed and some sections of the constitution were at work even though this year we have seen the minister of finance trying to breach some sections of the constitution. He intended to read the budget before tabling the estimates in the parliament and this became a looming problem that saw tension arise in the entire nation. The human rights bodies, members of parliament stood to oppose the move by the deputy prime minister and minister of finance Honourable Uhuru Kenyatta. As usuall the speaker Kenneth Marende who many believe is a new "solomon" was brought to task to give an idea or a solution or judgment that was fair enough to solve the issue After a long debate about the issue by the members of parliament the speaker ordered the finance minister to read a ministerial statement of the budget an idea that was positively taken by many to end the problem that was almost sparkling demonstration in the streets through the nation.
