Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Land Prices

With the prices of land in kenya significantly shooting up each day,the impact has been great because those willing to buy land for development purposes have to give it a second thought .The impact has also been felt with the increasing rent for those who buy and construct houses .As the land price are shifting up ,so is cement and other building or construction materials and so for developers investment in this business has become a litle bit tricky. Whoever ,there could just be a solution for this as i see here in my community that buy a huge junk of land and construct houses which are later rented out.One of this housing corporations is the modern house corporation in Busia and through it we see so many houses being developed and this was also been witnessed in major towns and cities in Kenya like Eldoret,Kisumu,Nairobi,Mombasa e.t.c.
