Hiv Aids

With High levels of HIV/AIDS infection so rampant among the members of my community things were very difficult because people were not willing to be tested and others died sso prematrrely because of lack of testing and proper caare. There was hope however hen USAID came up into town and started to advice and inspie people to visit voluntary councelling center. They also established a testing centre and many people went for testing. Those who were found to be positive were put under specialised treatment and were given drugs with a card to enable them to be given food every month in order to sustain them. Since then given food every month in order to sustain their health . Since the many have benefitted through food and treatment programmes.
