Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Investment on rental houses us what peopl think when they are given a chance to invest their money. This is becase the land lord is not tiresome thing bcase you only need to come at the end of the month to take rent from the rentess then disappear until end month again. But my Landlord thins were a little different. He never enjoyed the fact he had rental houses.rented out to full capacity. To him end month reminded him of losss because after he had received rent from the tenants he would pay the whole sum to bills and at times he would add some amount from his own pocket. For a long time he pondered on what to do with options being to increase the house which could have led to people flee from the houses. or ratio the electricity. and water and by doing this was not a solution because when he opened the taps or electricity the tenants will use them to the maximum. Aftr a long time he got the idea of placing electricity meters and the water meter on each house . This worked perfectly because they would pay for water. And now started enjoying his profits and gains of investing in the rentals.
