Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Street Kids

Its exactly 3 days after the African child day where everyone gets to celebrate every African child especially the underprivileged. Its for this reason that citizen Tv news reporter went to the streets of mlango mkubwa slums and highlighted to the country the story about the street children that live here. Its devastating, its traumatizing, its worrying to see all these kids wondering around with no home, no food,no clothing and no one to call mum or dad ,all these children are crying for help. Community transformers the organization that i work for, then decided to visit this area, listen to the children's stories and asses their situation and also was able to adopt two kids who they were going to provide with home, food, and shelter in the years to come .Someone has helped a street kid that had no home ,only left out in the streets of Nairobi to call a home.
