The model is perseived to be of slim figure, some people even view that for us as long as you are slim then certainly you are beautiful. This has left many those ladies that are of plam size have a low self esteem of their body and led most of them into taking slimming pills that have time and again prooved not to be good in the human body. Its for this reason that Lillian Muli kanene citizen tv news anchor came up with slimpossible. Its a programme for lifestyle change without using any pills but rather participants taught on weight management regime. The lessons, diet and exercise as well as tips on how to reduce your weight, how to keep fit and how to eat healthwise have not only benefited them but the entire country since people have been benefiting from the lessons.
