It has come to our attention that the child"s mother and Ducan majengo who's said to be the Biological father. Our finding are that the biological father has developt some negligency on up keeping of the mother plus the 2 kids.Not that child right and Human right network western chapter are and has been on the ground doing their three month baseline survey between the 2 parents ,"kindly access the child's needs immediately otherwise your office stands a good chance to appear in law court/child's kakamega court charged with the child's negligence abuse case and father also stand a good chance on Negligence of his family in general most african /Assia women and children have surffered in hand of such substitute"parents/guardains Thanks and take care.from vincent mwachi
