Please tell a story about a time when a person or organization tried to help someone or change something in your community:

Giving Back To The Society

A former athlete started her own foundation to assist her community in issues that affect them such as education and cattle rustling. She built school for her community where the children should get quality education. She and her foundation are also involved in the disarming process in the community so as to increase peace within the community and its neighbouring community to reduce death of people and livestock rustling. She also has a project of marathon races where the community members come to compete in the races and the best are awarded prices such as cash that assist in uplifting their livelihood. In such gatherings in the community as during the marathon , the community members are also educated on the importance of peace and education. As a woman she brought change to her community though disarming the community is a challenge. The effort she has made has assisted the community to have some degree of peace while the children gain education which will empower them to have a better future change for the better
