Preserve Your Green Leafy Vegetables To Make More Money

Alfred Ochieng of Bulindo village in Butula district of Kenyathat his village used to have bumper harvest in a particular season of the year for green leafy vegetables,during this period,women,youth and elders cooked all forms of vegetables and eat.They used the remaining vegetables to feed the livestock or roll away.When she attended a training workshop on vegetation preservation he decided to earn income each year by keeping his green leafy vegetables in water cooked double clay pots before taking them to wakulima Nairobi market,and also drying some of the vegetables using the drying methods.He made better incomethan other men in his village.He decided to introduce his top secret of making money from preserving green leafy vegetables and sell them to Mombasa,Norther Kenya where vegetables are very expensive.They followed this steps to preserve vegetables and begin to sell without any waste and sell them to generate more income.
