Munyu Mukherekha The Wonder Salt

Salt,sugar and fat used in wrong properties one that cause of many illeness and diseases. I give praise to my grandmother who taught me that indigineous salt makes very good salt that makes a dish tasty with flavor and healthy. You can chose to cook vegetables, dried meat,fish and any other dish of ones favourite. It replaces the conventional salt and fat.I have made it part of my family diet and they enjoy eating it.Illness are not common with my family members and it is early to make and cost effective. It encourages the use of locally available material in the environment.
