Human Rights

Many people in Kenya are not aware of their rights. This is because there are no enough education done for the people to make them be aware of their rights.Every human being is entitled to certain minimum rights eg. food shelter, medicine education, clean water and sanitation. In Kibera non o f this exists as standard. The right to be heard is also important in Kibera, the poor have no voice so speaking up on their behalf with authorities. International organizations and other entities aim at helping the residents to realize their rights.Among the organizations are KIbera UK and the government of Kenya.Much help is still needed from the interested organization and individual so as to help the residents realize and get to know their rights and the importance of their rights.
