A Milestone Achievement: Advanced Training

We are thrilled to share the significant progress of our LITEK initiative, thanks to your unwavering support. In an exhilarating development, our 2022 LITEK cohort has advanced to Phase 3 of our four-part program (Initial Training, Freelance Initiation, Advanced Training, & Advanced Freelancing), embarking on Advanced Training. This milestone marks a pivotal moment in our journey, reflecting both our adaptability and the ambition of our freelancers.

Enhanced Training, Enhanced Outcomes

Understanding the diverse talents and aspirations of our participants, we evolved our training model to introduce a dual-track system in Advanced Training (Virtual Assistants and Graphic Designers), ensuring a tailored enriching learning experience. This enhancement has heightened our freelancers' enthusiasm and has also seen them flourish, seamlessly balancing rigorous advanced training with their freelance commitments. The result is a remarkable increase in our job delivery rate by 42.86% per month, a testament to their refined skills and growing proficiency.

The Journey Ahead: Completing AdvancedTraining

Currently, all freelancers are diligently progressing through Track 2 of 8 in Advanced Training, poised for completion in June 2024. This phase is crucial for equipping them with the comprehensive skills necessary to excel in the highly competitive global online marketplace.

Expanding Our Horizon: Preparing for New Cohorts

As we celebrate these achievements, our vision expands. We aim to onboard a new cohort of 12 talented individuals, recognizing the need to replenish and bolster our team to meet the increasing demand for LITEK freelancers. This strategic growth is essential for us to leverage freelance platforms like Fiverr, which promise a consistent flow of opportunities for our team.

A Call to Action: Support Our GlobalGiving Campaign

To support this ambitious expansion, we humbly seek your continued partnership. We invite you to join us in our upcoming GlobalGiving 50/50 campaign from April 8-12, 2024, an opportunity to further empower Nigerian youth with the entrepreneurial and technological prowess required for global success.

Gratitude and Anticipation

Your generosity has been instrumental in reaching this juncture. As we look forward to the next chapter, we are filled with gratitude for your support and excited about the future we are building together. Thank you for being a cornerstone of this transformative journey, enabling Nigerian youth to realize their potential in the international digital arena.

“Through LITEK's comprehensive training, I've honed essential skills in graphic design, data analysis, typography, and time management, setting me apart in the competitive freelance market. LITEK has not only equipped me to create impactful designs and analytics from the comfort of my home but also ignited my ambition to expand my professional network, innovate, and excel in client satisfaction.” -Chigemezu
