This project is particularly keen on taking technical/vocational education and training (TVET) to areas where such training have no previously been given the right attention. The goal is to motivate and encourage most of the participants to take technical/vocational trade especially girls. By the end of 2020, over 2000 youths will be working either independently, as self-employed operators or in newly created jobs by the graduants of this training and we expect to have 60:40 ratios of boys-girls
