Pedal Empowerment for Zimbabwe Women Update

By Tom Arsenault | Overseas Program Manager

Our courageous women volunteers are still patiently waiting for their pedal power.  These women volunteers, called Cluster Facilitators, are instrumental in ASAP's Village Savings and Lending project, which is a life-changing project.  Rural women become empowered and independent as they often have their own money for the first time in their lives.  This enables them to buy uniforms and pay school fees for their children.

Inexpensive bicycles would make their Cluster Facilitator volunteers so much more effective and would be a real improvement to their communities.  Please be generous and help.
