Working for Women to change the world and get health care.

During the Kenyan's disputed elections hundrends of thousands of women were raped,contacted sexually trasmitted diseases,some phycologically touched.They need attention to basic urgent treatments and provisions of access to reduced low cost health care.In additional to this, women in Africa are volunarable,poor and with no one to pay for their insurance medical cover.Getting a meal a day is the biggest problem and assume you are on drugs and no food....dangerous problem,need of clean water and prevent more water born and infections.

In this regard,we are on the ground for this women;

1)Offering Community Counselling to 240 women.We had also daigonstic tests for the pared women and formen the 20 group therahies in local 10 villages. 2)Conducting awerenesness campaing against women and gender violence. 3)Visiting the Homes of Women with cancer,Aids,Pregnacy Complication,and vited also parrlised women as aresult of rape and other tretable illeness. 4)walking acroos the poor villages l within the community homes and identifing every home where we shall dig water wells for evry woman. 5)We are working with the Community radio Stations,TV station and the Goverment structures to assist with volunteers and publicity for the medical camp meetings. 6)Setting up a drop in center at SACRENA center for women to come an visit the volunterr doctor for treaments of opportunistic inffcetions e.g Malaria,diareh,TB,Sexually trasmitted inffections and provisons of fre Antirival drugs for Aids patients.

Recommndations: 1)Urgent attentions for community medical camp and more couseling(recruting additional volunteers to handle the number. 2)Provisions of malaria mosqutor nets to avoid malaria. 3)Volunteers to deliver health care servicesservices 4)Facilitaions and getting resource of the well digging,purchase of nets,medications and referals.
