The proposed 4 months project will focus on economic empowerment and entrepreneurship of 100 rural women artisans (age from 18-35 years) of Larkana and Kamber Shahdadkot districts of Sindh province of Pakistan. Comprehensive 4 months' training and toolkits will be delivered and direct market linkage/access will be established through "Women Artisans Startup Expo" as well as through permanent links, monitoring & promotion to display produced items at dedicated outlet, social media and website.
Women in Pakistan are deprived and marginalized and their conditions are rather appalling as they are living in the worst conditions by socially, economically and politically. The female literacy and participation in economic activities is very low. Women entrepreneurship will create a privileged resourceful communities in Pakistan. TVET and advocacy initiatives now should have focus on raising awareness among women so that they can independently earn and live with dignity in communities.

Trained women entrepreneurs can directly take orders from Website, Social Media, Point-of-Sales as well as can easily supply the demanded items. Hence, women can earn independently.
Women entrepreneurship in handmade applique arts & crafts will create a privileged resourceful communities in Pakistan which can further make following social changes like Women Equality, Entrepreneurship, promotion, Market understanding, Reach at local, national and international markets, Business creation, Business survival, degree of formalization, Sustainable income generation source, Enhanced Earnings, Creating further space and value for women in male-dominant communities
