On July 17, 2024, we began a training process in digital technologies, social networks and the use of our mobile application called "Mujeres Constructoras" (Women Builders), with the participation of forty-five women. We hope that this training will facilitate the generation of job opportunities for women in the construction sector. We will continue with this process over the next few weeks with the goal of reaching 150 women across the country.
Despite challenges in digital literacy and connectivity issues, we are adjusting our strategies to ensure the success of the program. This initiative is essential to reduce the participation gap of women in a better-paid labor market, in contrast to other areas where women in situations of high vulnerability are confined.
We are committed to technological leaps to close inequality gaps and generate job opportunities. Your support is vital in this crusade. Help more women achieve their empowerment and economic emancipation to live well and free from violence. We thank our donors and allies for their commitment to changing the lives of these women.
