In Jan 2012 NUR Foundation arranged 450 sweaters for the deserving students of ABNI schools, both formal and non-formal. 93 for Malik Pur, 117 for Lakhodair, 83 for Nain Sukh and 157 for Gajjumatta.
All the families who received winter clothing were extremely pleased and expressed their utmost gratification. Women said it was a sigh of relief, as the only warm clothing at home was being given to the young ones and they had little to protect themselves.
We thank all our supporters and donors who have helped NUR Foundation in arranging winter clothing for the people who were once affluent, but have become homeless after the floods devastation. Till now, with your support, we have saved many lives by distributing a huge number of winter clothing. Together we can help them stay alive!
