Hi Friends!!
Sorry for the long silence. Most of you on social media know that this has not been due to inactivity, but more because we have so many exciting things going on. The first phase of the projectWater for Sagmalema, is fully funded and Engineers Without Borders and Plant A Seed are continuing to raise funds for the second phase. Construction of the project has been postponed to December 2016. There is a tentative plan to take another survey trip in March.
Here is a quick update on our activies:
-Jespa’s surgery is fully funded. You can support his education.
-the first phase of the water project (water for sangmalema) is fully funded. You are welcome to support the second phase of the project which includes building either a water tank or rain-catcher.
- We continue to raise funds for school supplies for kids in the villages.
-We continue to raise funds for the summer sports program, which also provided school supplies to all participants.
-We are finally asking that you consider supporting the administrative costs of Plant a Seed.
You can donate to Plant A Seed through our website: www.plantaseedafrica.org. Thank you so much for your continuous support.
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
