Because of the low inflow of funds we could not move remarkably further. Instead we manage the crisis on a day to day basis by buying water from outside, drawing water from our Girls Home & delivering to the Boys Home once a week when there is adequate water facility available.
Boys taken to Girls campus under supervision for washing their clothes twice a week.
Receiving intermittent rains helps us to a certain extent, yet the problem is not fully solved.
Expecting underground water level increase due to the rains & a steady income from the donors.
The joint efforts of the grown-up boys make this possible for survival at this stage.
The cooperation of the girls home is helpful to manage the crisis.
We have received only one donation for $71, although our Porject is alive on the platform. Water crisis still exists & finding lot of problems to cope up with the supply of water to the Mentally Challenged children with us.
We have used chemical means to activate the water spring beneath. Although risky & very expensive, it was made possible to open up the holes of the springs to an extent. As a result water gushes out to meet 15% of our total need.
Outstanding bills are to be paid to the borewell drillers. We would pay as & when we receive voluntary funds. In this case & at this stage it would be very helpful if we get adequate amount.
Because we don't get enough money as expected, we have not gone in for deepening the existing well, which remains undone. After the financial situation improves we would go in for this second measure of our efforts.
We look to God & seek human public support to realise this project completely.
Any donation big or small for this cause is earnestly requested from this GlobalGiving Portal through kind hearted people.
