The Los Chungungos Garden project aims to improve the recreational and educational space for children by replacing old playground equipment, building an eco-friendly greenhouse, creating educational murals, and installing movable chalkboard tables.
Although we have not yet reached our funding goal, we’ve been able to carry out important activities with volunteers, who have organized recreational activities for children in the meantime.
The project seeks to transform a neglected area into a safe and engaging community space. However, outdated equipment and lack of proper infrastructure remain a challenge.
Actions Taken:
While waiting for full funding, we have been actively involving volunteers in organizing activities that benefit the children and the community. We are also seeking partnerships with potential donors to reach the remaining funds needed for the project.
We sincerely thank everyone who has supported us so far. The next steps include continuing volunteer-driven activities and securing more donations to complete the project.
Once fully funded, the project will create a safe, educational, and sustainable space for the children, fostering community engagement and lasting impact.
