Many girl's of menstrual age cannot afford sanitary pads and this sometimes make them vulnerable , and fall into hands of predators who promise to buy them.Some girls actually use rags as pads ,a girl of 13 years needed to by sanitary pad and turned to a man ready to get her some if she allowed him to have sex with her.She ended up with pregnancy. Free reusable pad is the answer.
The problem is that a lot of menstrual age girls cannot afford sanitary pads .Some if them stay out of school through I out the period of menstrual flow.Msny use rags in ace of sanitary pads and this is not hygienic.Many girls in bid to get sanitary pads are lured into sex to pay for the pad
This project will provide washable disposable pads 3in 1 to every girl which can last t for 12months.We are targeting over 3000 girls .This will make it easy for them to attend school and also not to be abused by predators
The long term impact is that it will build the low self esteem of the girls.The girls will be confident and not feel they have to sell their bodies .
