Our mission at Thee Bee Project, is to assist socioeconomically disadvantaged women and children living in Guinea (West Africa). We are currently sponsoring the Orphanage and Rehabilitation Center Regina Maris, and the Association of Mothers and Children with Hydrocephalus; both entities located in Guinea. Funds generated will be used to help sustain both entities economically, educationally, and medically. Each entity is home to at least 50 children, who are in dire need of a fair chance in life
Over 43% of the Guinean population finds itself below the international poverty line and women, orphans, and chronically ill children are the biggest victims of poverty. Sadly, measures to help them function in society afford medical care and secure a promising future are often lacking and inadequate when present. Our goal is to provide educational and basic resources that will allow socioeconomically disadvantaged women and children to feel empowered physically and socially.
Orphanage Regina Maris and Children with Hydrocephalus -minimum of yearly provisions of essential necessities, school supplies, infirmary supplies, and funds to access medical care. We will also advocate for obtain more assistance from local companies to supply clean water and electricity, and hospitals to sponsor care.We hope that these disadvantaged children will receive the proper care and education they deserve. We also hope to educate and encourage the females in adverse conditions as well.
Our mission is to help these disadvantaged children receive a fair chance in life, and help their mothers sustain themselves and their family. Hundreds of children and their mothers will be affected by the resources we intend to provide. The children will earn a proper education in a growth promoting environment, and they will hopefully move on to university to build a career. Their medical needs will also be covered free of charge, which will allow them to thrive.
