An International survey in 2014 reports that Bulgarian students are in the 43th place among 44 countries in resolving of life problems. Many of them grow up, left by their parents to the care of grandmothers, or even uncontrolled. Bulgaria is the poorest country in EU and many people work abroad. In the same time the civic education isn't a priority in school. The youngsters feel helpless when a problem arises, some fall into rage and show aggression, while others treat themselves with drugs.
