U-18 Group Leaders trained!

We are proud to say that we have succesfully run our first ever Under-18s Group Leader training weekend.  Group leaders help run our rehabilitative courses by coordinating activities, supporting participants, and generally making sure the courses run smoothly.

THe recent training saw 3 new young group leaders, all of whom now have the skills and confidence to lead courses for other young people struggling to cope with their injury.

"The Back Up group leader training course made me feel the same way that any involvement I have in Back Up does, involved and valued. To be one of the first young group leaders is a true honour and privilege and has helped me gain even more confidence and understanding which I can use both at home and at my college studies." Ben, 17

Thanks for your continued support!
