After one year training program with adolescent girls and teenage mothers in Bolifamba in building their capacities to assist them fit into the 21st century society.  Seventy-0ne (71) Mutual Health Cards were given to the teenage mothers and their babies to assist them in their hospital bills and  health challenges. With the use of these cards, 80% of the hospital bills of the adolescent  girls/teenage mothers  and their babies consultation and medication will be catered for by the Buea Mutual Health organisation through Social Development International (SODEIT)’s registration of the girls/teens and their babies in the Mutual Health Fund. This cost US $ 900 for a year coverage.

A two day training workshop on financial literacy for women groups in Fako Division of the South West Region of Cameroon organized by Social Development International (SODEIT) for a period of 5 months is aimed at building women’s capacity in managing their money and businesses. The workshop is expected to train 150 women from 75 women groups in the four sub-divisions (Buea, Tiko, Muyuka and Limbe) of Fako Division in the South West Region, 150 participants manuals , prepared, consultants and facilitators hired. Each workshop will be attended by 30 participants from 15 Groups. Costing  US$ 750 each workshop.  Following the preparations of the workshops, the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Family promotion; regional and sub-delegates were contacted to assist in the mobilization of the women groups and the following dates are schedule and program of activities were developed thus:
